Looking for easy at home spa Recipes? Nature has been used in beauty since the beginning of time. So it is nice to see the times changing and gearing women to more natural products over chemicals. Have a at home spa night once a week for yourself or host a fun party for your girlfriends or a cute party idea for your little princess.

FACE:
When you have the time for an extra boost apply a Wet heated towel to your face 5-10 minutes before applying on of the mask to open the pores and get the full benefits.

Oatmeal Scrub Mask– Take some clean pantyhose and cut the foot off, and fill the footing with plain Oatmeal. Tie the end, run under warm water to suds up, then apply to face in a circular motion. Allow to dry you will feel the tightness as it dries, wait about 10-15 minutes then rinse. Very good moisturizer mask along with an exfoliation.

Avocado Mask- Take 1 Tbs of Honey, 1 TBS of Aloe (straight from the leaf if you can) a half of an Avocado. Stir all together, apply to face, allow 10- 15 minutes then Rinse. Avocado’s have vitamin’s E and C which are great for the Skin, as moisturizer and collagen builder

 Total Moisture Mask- Take 1/2 an Avocado and 1/2 a Banana 1 TBS of Honey, mix and apply to face allow to sit 10-15 minutes, Rinse.

Greek Mask- 1/4 cup of plain yogurt 1 TBS honey and 1 TBS olive oil, mix apply to face allow 10-15 minutes, Rinse.

  Green Tea facial Boil a few cups of Green Tea a couple to use one to Sip on while relaxing. Place boiling green tea in a bowl place a towel over head and relax for 15 minutes. For extra relaxation add a few drops of your favorite oil.

Romance Mask- 1Cup Strawberries mashed, 2 TBS plain yogurt, 1 TBS honey, Splash of Champagne, mix and apply to face allow 10-15 minutes then rinse.

City Girl Facial Spritz-  You need an 8 oz spray bottle. Boil 8 oz of water (add green tea, chamomile, lavender any favorite herb tea of your choice) Add 3-5 drops of Rose oil. Shake and keep in Refrigerator, use anytime for a quick pick me up, and a relaxing cooling spritz on a hot summer day.

EGG Mask- Take one egg, 1 TBS Olive Oil, 1 TBS Honey, 1 Teaspoon cornstarch Mix together apply to face allow 10 minutes to dry. Then Rinse with warm water.

Stress Relief Pillow Buddies- Buy or make two sachet’s Fill with Dried Lavender Place inside pillow cases for a restful nights sleep.

Cooling Eye Mask- Fill two small plastic bags with aloe, freeze for 10 minutes, place bags over eyes and relax.

BODY:
Dead Sea Scrub- 1/2 cup Epsom Salt, 1/2 cup sea salt, 1/2 cup Olive Oil, few drops of your favorite essential oil, like lavender, Rose, Mint. Mix together and apply
Holiday Foot Scrub- 1/2 cup Salt 1/2 cup sand, 1/4 cup Olive oil, few drop of your favorite oil like Tea Tree oil, or Citrus. Mix and Apply to your feet. Scrub for at least a few minutes per foot then rinse.
Sweet Body Scrub– 1/2 cup Almond oil, 1/2 cup sugar Mix and Apply
Cleo Bath- Fill Bath Tub, Add 1 cup powdered milked, 1 cup Whole Milk, a few drops of your favorite relaxing essential oil, like lavender, or sandalwood. Get in and Enjoy!
HAIR:
BEER MASK- 1 Can dark beer, 1 Tbs olive Oil, Mix Together. Apply to hair and scalp, work in. Rinse with Cool water.
Moisture Hair Mask- 1 Avocado Smashed, 1/2 cup olive oil, Mix and apply to hair, Place hair in plastic bag, Relax for 5-10 minutes then rinse with cool water.
