Egg’s are not only one of the healthiest protein rich foods you could put into your diet but there is so many ways to prepare them the possibilities are endless. Plus there is so much more to the egg for health reasons people should be aware of since it seems people have been scared away from the EGG.

You Can boil them and save them in the refrigerator for a week as your breakfast or snack
