Maca Powder, High Altitude Secret!

Thanks to Peruvian Naturals they sent a 1lb bag complimentary to try and review. An I gotta say I am grateful for what I have learned. An happy to add another raw ingredient into my plant based diet. I am a lover of spices and root foods. So to have another powder is a wonderful discovery.

Above I added it to my regular powdered protein shake and it didn’t distort the flavor at all. An to me the Maca smells like black tea. Which I love an have no problem with. It is said if you use to much it does have a flavor a little too strong for most. But, a teaspoon in your shake, sprinkle on ice cream, or added to smoothie taste fine to me.
